LaSalle & Windsor-Essex, Ontario
Your family deserves
someone who truly
cares.
We assess the situation, build a structured care plan, and provide consistent support — so families are never left managing this alone.
"I need someone I can trust with my mother — not just someone who is available."
We Understand
When things start to change at home
- A fall, a hospital visit, or a moment that made you realize things cannot continue as they are
- Concern growing every time you leave — or guilt when you cannot be there
- Searching for help but not knowing who to trust with someone you love
- Worry that caregivers will just go through the motions without genuine care
Our Process
A structured approach, every step
We do not send someone to your home and hope for the best. Every engagement starts with understanding — backed by a clear plan, consistent delivery, and ongoing family communication.
We listen first. We understand the situation, the urgency, and what the family needs before recommending anything.
Within 24–72 hours we visit the home, assess the client's needs, and build a personalized structured care plan.
We assign a qualified, background-checked caregiver who aligns with the client's needs and personality.
Every visit is documented. Families receive regular updates. We monitor, adjust, and stay accountable — always.
What We Provide
Structured support for daily living
Our support program is built around minimum commitments that ensure consistent, meaningful care — not occasional drop-ins. Every visit follows a care plan designed specifically for your loved one.
Discuss Your NeedsBathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene — delivered with dignity and respect, every single visit.
Safe transfers, walking support, and fall prevention as part of a structured daily routine.
Genuine human connection — meaningful conversation, engagement, and emotional support.
Light meal preparation and nutritional support tailored to preferences and dietary needs.
Non-clinical reminders to support medication adherence as part of the daily care plan.
After every visit, families receive a clear update on their loved one's condition and wellbeing.
"We started KindCare because we were tired of watching seniors be treated as tasks rather than human beings."
Why KindCare Is Different
Care that goes beyond showing up
Every KindCare caregiver is selected not just for credentials — but for character. We screen for compassion, not just availability.
Each visit follows a documented care plan. Caregivers assess, act, and report — every time, without exception.
Clear, consistent communication after every visit. You always know exactly what is happening with your loved one.
If trust is ever affected, we act immediately. Protecting the client relationship always comes first.

Who We Are
Professional leadership. Genuine care.
KindCare is led by an executive team with professional backgrounds in business administration, healthcare operations, corporate law, and direct care. Our director holds a degree in Business Administration and brings experience leading and managing complex organizations. Our care team includes a Registered Social Service Worker and a certified Personal Support Worker — professionals who have worked inside the long-term care system in Windsor-Essex and understand it from the inside.
We did not start KindCare because we saw a market opportunity. We started it because we watched seniors in this region receive care that fell short of what they deserved — and we had the knowledge, the experience, and the professional standards to do it properly. This is a commitment we would stand behind for our own families.
"We built KindCare because we knew what a properly managed care operation looks like — and we saw that standard was missing. Families deserve structure, accountability, and genuine communication. That is what we deliver."
